Just left being told me checks aren't honest when they are payroll checks and told they didn't know what endorsing a check was. Real competent work, no wonder my family is leaving CVFCU, your judgemental behavior is gross.

What a rip off. First charged $5.00 to open an account, then charged another $5.00 for a checking account (fresh start checking) because I had a 10 yr old collection that I had paid, still showing up on my credit bureau. (I have had checking accounts at several banks since that time and NEVER had any extra charges for a checking account). Then when I closed it they charged ANOTHER $9.00 because I closed it within 90 days. When I told them just to keep it open, they said it was too late, she already closed it. When I said that you never warned me about a $9.00 charge, she said "you signed the agreement" as she slid the fee charges in my face. Very friendly and nice. NOT. Thanks for taking $19.00 for nothing, Great Not for profit credit union. Find another one. Rip off fees. Rude personnel.

Worst credit union EVER! From the very start it has been nothing but issues! They are so not up to date with technology. We have had problems over and over again! Closing down our account will be the best decision in 2020

We also experienced rude service! Upon entering we noticed we were the only ones in the lobby and yet were not greeted by the teller until she was through with what she was working on....not even eye contact to acknowledge we were there. We inquired about setting up savings accounts for our grandchildren. She said she could not help us and that we could wait in the seating area. We waited for 20 minutes for the "gentleman" to get off his phone. He approached us, asked us what we wanted and then had to go ask his manager if he could set up the accounts with the information we had with us. He did not ask us to be seated in his office, did not (or could not) answer our questions, did not set up an appointment for us to return, did not ask for our phone number...I could go on. We had a considerable amount of money to deposit with CVFCU.....they will not get our business! Not once did anyone smile or even act welcoming. They (the two people we encountered there) gave the impression we were bothering them.
