“Winey Chicks is my go to local shop. I purchase clothes (love them), lots of jewelry, boots, and gift items. I especially love their on-line live shows. I live almost 45 minutes away so watching on-line helps me know what new inventory they have as well as sale items! They always have special deals and loyalty rewards for their customers! I can pick up my items I’ve purchased on-line in the store and try them on before I leave which is helpful in case I need to get a different size or return an item. Customer service is the best. I love that when I’m trying something on that I get an “honest” opinion and not just trying to make a sale. We need that honesty! These are just a few of the many reasons that I’m a Winey Chick! “This place is Hands own, one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I am not even from this area!I came down with my Niece this Saturday and after our activities we knew we had to stop by for some cool things.The store was clean and organized, a little smaller than other locations, but it was still Packed with stuff.The staff was incredibly kind and patient. A shout out to SAM who was the person I spoke with most. She was so helpful and a wonderful salesperson. Came around and asked us both if we needed anything a couple of times. She wanted to make sure we had the best one out of the items we purchased and even made our experience even better by showing us the Gir Onesies they had. We ended up getting matching Onesies because of her, and we picked up matching bracelets as well.Sam, you did more than just help 2 customers, you helped give us Both core memories that we will carry with us forever. My niece is my world and the smile you helped bring to her face means more to me than anything. Marry me! “I've lived in the area for years, but never visited this store because I thought it to be expensive. ITS NOT. Some of the higher name items are as expected, such as Pandora and Vera Bradley. But the clothing was reasonable for a boutique shop. And though it has multiple locations it is still a small business. I recommend folks check it out at least once.”

“I liked that they had a good variety of clothes for plus size women. I wanted to try things on but their rooms were closed. They reassured me that I could bring back what didn't fit. The clerk was very friendly and let me know what the policy was for returns. Very professional!”

“This was my second time visiting Penelope. My first encounter at the Wards Rd location was not so pleasant. It warms my heart to update that I received AMAZING service at the Forest location. I went to purchase a Mother’s Day gift for my mother, with my daughter and we were treated with the upmost respect from our entrance to exit! Will definitely be returning soon.”
