I have been a patient at CVFP for over 10 years and ha e always received good service. The physicians I see there are very considered of how I feel and what's on my mine. I highly recommend CVFP to any one looking for medical services

I am very grateful for the doctors that I see. My recent visit with Dr. Hinkle was very professional and she answered all my questions. I usually see Dr. Kleiner but he didn't have any available appointments. Dr. Hinkle is very kind, spent time with me, listened to me, and we discussed my issue. I can't thank these doctors enough for their care, knowledge, professionalism and most of all, they treat me with kindness. I've been going there for many years. I have to say, I've never been treated bad, in any way. I am truly blessed that I have the best care by them. Their staff is wonderful. I have to say, Thank you CVFP Forest for caring for me and making me feel good about my health and visits. I am never dissatisfied or disappointed. They are awesome. And my husband in the past saw Dr. Eppes, until his retirement but now sees Dr. Poch. He is satisfied with him too. ?

A wonderful facility. Since Dr Eppes retired, my new Dr is Dr Poch. He is super and understands the needs of an 85 year old man. He always listens and is concerned about me. Thanks to all of the staff and I go back to Dr McCabe over 60 years ago.

I’ve been going to Forest Family C.V.F.P for years ever since Dr. McCabe practiced there, some Fifty years and the Staff has always been excellent. I’m currently a patient of Doctor Dodd, he has been excellent. I’m also see Kevin and he also is excellent and listens to you, makes sure you understand the diagnosis and treatment plan.

The manager and her staff are very rude. They told me they would follow up with us to confirm or deny our requests to come back to this practice. They never called back and deleted our appointment for the following week without any communication with us at all. The manager said she would call back after she talked to my husband's previous doctor that he was on vacation. She never called back and canceled the appointment without notifying us. Unfortunate to see this practice turning into this kind of business. When Dr. Eppes was there it was not like this at all.

Had to make an appointment at the Forest location - first time at this location. Staff was so friendly! Nurse and doctor were so good! I never felt rushed! If you are looking for a new doctor…. Call CVFP Forest location!!

There are many positive perks and experiences at this practice. All of the staff is kind and professional. The docs really listen, and getting in for an appointment most times is within a day or so. The tele-medicine feature with your doc is very convenient and easy when a short follow-up is needed. Whether it is the lab team, front office, schedulers, insurance staff, nurses or the doctors, each makes you feel important and cared for - I will always recommend their office for a friend’s medical needs.

Dr Poch was very caring and compassionate and took the time to address all of my sister’s questions. It was obvious that he had taken the time to review the chart before her visit to anticipate her needs

My husband, daughter and I all go to CVFP in forest! We have not met a doctor there we didnt like! Dr. Thomas is so great and listens to each of your concerns! They are able to get you in quick! They also have a patient portal where I can ask the doctor questions and i always receive a reply that day! The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors are all great! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
