Pay attention to your bills folks! The former owner of these franchise locations popped my mother's cell phone account for nearly $4000 in fraudulent charges over 6 years. New owners claimed they would look into it. Nothing. Filed a police report. Nothing. Pay attention to your bills!!

Actually US Cellular like the picture shows, great staff sorted my issue out fast then showed me how to rectify it if the same problem came back.

I visited the store after a friend that I hunt with brought a phone to our cabin that had cell service. Our cabin is off the grid and we're miles away from a store and more importantly a hospital. My current cell carrier (Verizon) has zero bars 18 miles from the cabin. After being told where Jim bought his phone and the customer experience he had at the Forest location I decided to stop by and check it out. Once in the store Jon was very helpful in all the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and more so the value of the phone I purchased. I have had the phone for 2 weeks now and I am now able to call, text and surf the web at the cabin. My only complaint I have is, I have a hard time putting the phone down in a deer stand. ?
