I find this Dollar Tree in Forest to be one of the better ones around . They are very friendly and kind . I’ve went shopping here by myself a bunch and recently with my son .They will help you find items and go to the back and search for items if they don’t have them on the floor . They greet you with a nice , friendly greeting when you enter . I would give them 6/5 . Anytime I’ve visited they are just so pleasant and nice and willing to help . They will go over the top to help you !

What a disaster of a Store in Forest. I visited this Store twice this week and each time the place seems to be a clutter and a mess everywhere. It's a self checkout Store unless you can find a person working who can figure out how to use the old checkout register. I told the Manager of the Store in Waterlick Plaza Shopping Plaza that I would never go back to the Forest Dollar Tree again. The Store in Waterlick Plaza is 100 times batter and they don't use the stupid self checkout machines.It's much more well organized and so clean and neat.

They are so nice and friendly the staff's there are so helpful and I love going to that dollar tree because they are so kind to me and I go there all the time. They also have some good ideas for birthday parties and presents for people.

The store may be fine; but the lady working there on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, mid-day was horrible. I, and a couple of other ladies, were waiting to be checked out, but there was no one at the register; and the "bell to ring" was broken. Not everyone likes self-checkout, however, those registers were in use. We waited a good five minutes for someone to show up to ring us up; then, I found the employee putting up stock. When I asked if she could come to the register, she was very hostile and said, "Well, I guess I CAN!" One of the ladies in line put down her items and left the store vowing not to return. The employee was scowling and grumbling at the register to the point that I told her I was sorry she had to be asked to do her job!! I'll never return to that store. Not only was there no customer service, but the employee was rude and angry at having to come to the front and take money from customers!!

It was fantastic. I found every item that I had need of. The physical store was clean and organize. The staff member that I encounter had a very positive attitude. My overall experience was great will visit the store again.
