“I like this doc a lot. Although he's never on time (ever seen a doc that is?), if you need extra time with him he gives it to you as well as to the patients who were scheduled before you. He's personable, easy to talk to and be truthful with, and he'll do everything professionally responsible that he can to help you. But I can tell you based on a story he conveyed to me that he's not in the business of doling out pain meds, so if that's what you're looking for don't bother.”
“I have been going to JHC for about 20 years. I have had very good general practitioners/doctors there. I have had very good referrals when needed. The doctors have taken time with me and listened to my issues. There have been retirements and other changes so the doctors changed. My experience with each doctor has been good. I am completely satisfied with my healthcare. In the past the phone service was a problem but that has been corrected. I have been able to do a walk-in getting an appointment the same day I called. My one issue now is that I cannot send a message through the patient site that was available before. I don't know why this has changed but I would like to be able to send messages to my doctor as before. It helped get info or ask questions.”
