My husband and I came to Finks to purchase my special 60th wedding anniversary engagement ring. Craig worked with us to pick out the perfect ring. He is amazing! Wow, what a great experience buying a diamond for our 30th wedding anniversary. I had no intention of buying a ring on my first visit, but Patty did such a great job showing me rings and discussing color and quality and value. Needless to say, I walked out buying a beautiful 2 Ct diamond for my wife and made her the happiest wife in the world, very deserving. Guys, don't waste your money on a trip, buy a bigger diamond and have a Finks beer while they finish the paperwork ?

I had a necklace repaired twice. The 1st time they told me they would replace the spring, but didn’t give me the option to actually replace the entire clasps. Had I of been given that option I would have replaced the clasp the 1st time. In regards to the quality of the 2nd repair it is great.
