What a fantastic place. Went to pickup prescriptions for a friend and was treated like an old friend or family member. Forest Pharmacy is like the family run pharmacies from my childhood. Nicest two ladies I've seen in a long time. Thank y'all for being so great.

I have lived in Forest for 20 years and it is the best Pharmacy around. I’ve been going to them for over two years and would never go anywhere else. They’re attentive, friendly, and their prices are so much cheaper than big places like CVS.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Not only are they able to fill your prescriptions quickly but they can find Rx’s other pharmacies can’t, are incredibly helpful with advice, and they are beyond kind and caring. I’m wheelchair-bound and they’ve been delivering my Rx’s for months now. I appreciate so much their service so very much and highly recommend them: Let’s support local business, everyone!

Generally speaking, it's really good - the best in the LYH area, in my opinion. There was one woman who lectured me about the supplements my doctor told me to take, and she ordered the wrong item because she said what the doctor told me to get was inferior, so I refused to pay for it. What she'd insisted was better had things I could not personally ingest due to health concerns, but she hadn't bothered to ask why I didn't want them. I haven't seen that woman in a while, so maybe she's no longer there. I don't go there for supplements anymore, but they are amazing with prescriptions, and I've only had 1 poor experience in 2 years! They've even delivered when I wasn't well enough to leave my apartment!

Was tired of Walgreens rude service. I called Forest Pharmacy to ask about a medication and the lady was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Genuine customer service still exists.

I highly recommend supporting Forest Pharmacy. The owner is there daily and completes deliveries herself. The service you can find here will be second to none. As a person who has worked at and managed retail pharmacies before, I can tell you that the level of ease to complete your transaction quickly, efficiently, and with no "yeah, sorry... it will be just 2 more days to get your refill ready..." is worth getting every prescription you have transferred.I have been using their services since they opened during COVID, and I can honestly say that after 20+ trips, I have been 1st or next in line EVERY SINGLE TIME.Support independents, the owners care whether or not you return.

We have gotten several vaccinations here and had a great experience. They were very patient and kind to my kids through the COVID vaccination process. We will definitely be going back.

Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I got the first COVID vaccine shot and was told to come back for the second shot in 3 weeks. Three weeks went by, and I came in; the lady was confused and asked Norman, who is a pharmacist, "how long does it take to get the second shot" both didn't know, searched all around their computer, and decided to tell me I was "too early" and to come back in 2 months when they told me the last time to come back in 3 weeks, were very denial with everything. I called CVS, and they confirmed that the second shot was a 3-week wait, not two months. I wouldn't recommend this place; very sketchy, should have known since I made an appointment over the phone and when I came in, the lady told me “I didn’t even know you were coming”, also I got told “shame on you” for not taking the flu shot every year, as if it’s any of their business.Update: They stated that they thought I came in for the booster. I gave them my vaccination card which shows I only have the FIRST DOSE and told them I’m here for the SECOND DOSE and they told me to my face that I have to wait two month for the SECOND dose not booster. As “professionals” that work on peoples health, y'all should pay more attention, and should know at the top of your head the information instead of searching it up or asking each other. Also please stop harassing my phone, thanks.

I've been to a lot of pharmacies in this one is by far the best pharmacy I've ever been to with the greatest staff. They even called me so I wouldn't have to come out an extra time while suffering from covid. I've had recent trouble with pharmacies around here lately and I'm so happy to find one that did not screw anything up.

Went in and got my vaccine. Extremely friendly service and went through all the information steps and extra for when I got poked. Also was the first place I've seen in a month with at home test kits in stock. I'll be sending any future prescriptions I get to them
