Nice bargains and staff as usual with this brand. Spacious and clean store. the money for roundups actually goes towards the programs at that store and locally. Don’t forget to sign up for the loyalty program.

The prices at any goodwill are ridiculous. A pair of used jeans is 8 freaking dollars. And a used shirt is 5. Absolutely madness. They price things like this even though they get this stuff for FREE! Not to mention how dark the store is. I bought a sweatshirt and I looked it over but when I got home in better lighting it had a bunch of oil stains on it. I am almost positive that’s why they have it so dark. The workers I have met have been pretty nice. Since they made the stupid decision of getting rid of fitting rooms I ask the workers if I can try stuff on in the bathroom and they always let me. Probably the only positive thing is that the workers are nice

They got sand weights 34 pounds priced for $34 dollars .what a bunch of crooks , this stuff is used and supposed to be cheap. They are charging double what sand weights new cost . Metal weights are one dollar a pound. Sand weights are half the price and they're used so it should be half that price , around 8 bucks 😂😂😂😂😂 . Goodwill use to be my favorite place to go now they have lost their mind and charge retail for used goods 😂😂😂 . Stop asking to round up also you bums !!! Everything is donated ,part of that supposed to go to help handicap people . Oh and they used to hire handicapped people, not anymore. They're corrupted , don't give your stuff to this place , they are a bunch of crooks.

Where do I even begin!? First of, they got rude managers! There was a shirt that had price ticket for $8 and Nate tried to charge me for $10, he replied he couldn’t honor that price, there is another manager Kim who just give you a whole attitude each time. They overprice stuff when they shouldn’t. Customer service isn’t the best. The energy of friendly isn’t the best. Everyone seem so negative.

I usually love going to Goodwill, so I decided to check out this newer store. However, I was disappointed to find that they had no dressing rooms, particularly considering their strict return policy. I will say, the staff were helpful and friendly! But it's safe to say that I will not be making a return visit.

A lot of people complain about Goodwill but let's face it even with them increasing their prices it's still cheaper than any other thrift store. I was able to score this beauty for 8 bucks. I'm sure in any other thrift store it would have been priced at more than 25.

Poor selection. It’s such a big space and they don’t put in dressing rooms? Waste of time

Will never shop or donate here again. Today, during a SEVERE thunderstorm, me and about 40 other patrons were kicked out into the tain and lightning 4 no good reason. We were told "We think lighting hit the building" which it DIDNT, because there was no thunder. The power fluttered a time or two, because of the storm. We were told were were being kicked into the pouring rain and lighting "out of safety". UNREAL. The TRUTH is, a lazy, incompetent manager endangered over 40 patrons....so she could have an excuse to go home early. She should be terminated immediately. I'll carry my donations and money to Mission Statement from now on and I recommend everyone do the same.

The store is dark and the merchandise is not great. Feels like a yard sale in the garage. The old dirty store was actually better.

Yesterday I stopped at this goodwill with my special needs individual to go thrifting which is something I usually don't do but hey, what the heck right.
Come to find out, there are no dressing rooms to try on your items to see if they fit because you know, people steal from hand me down stores like goodwill. I offered to pay for our items before purchasing them and then try them on in the restroom and I told the manager we are not from the area. However, she said, you can't do that neither.
I did not want to leave, get home and no one can fit there clothing. So, help me make it make sense?
Dillards have a dressing room, Macy's, have a dressing room, Sacks On & Off 5th street have a dressing room, Neimen Marcus have a dressing room, huh??? But a store that receives used items from the people in your community in which we donate and don't receive money for our donations, don't have a dressing room??? Whoo Child, talk about a Poverty Mindset.
I guess we will Just stick to Sacks and all the others I named above, but I tell you what, I will not be donating none of my designer items to goodwill anymore. I just ask the Lord to bring someone to me who will need them after I am to fat or to skinny to wear them I guess.

There are NO dressing rooms in the new goodwill. I had to purchase all of my clothes to try on at home, assuming that I would be able to return them- as I was told. Then when I go to return them the next day, I am told it is ONLY for a STORE CREDIT. You also only have 14 days to use the store credit.. Honestly such a let down and a pathetic excuse for a goodwill. Don’t waste your time or your money- you won’t get it back.

Can't see anything you're looking at, yet blinded by the lights at the same time. Everything is so cramped you can't go down an aisle if someone else is there already. And you know the entitled boomers won't let you get by. Awful store.

no changing rooms provided. if you buy something and attempt to return it..you only get a store credit, no refund. good way for a chain to lose customers.

NO DRESSING ROOMS. Non clothing is an unorganized mess. Lighting IS WORST I'VE EVER SEEN! Puts glare in eyes. Music level nice and low. Staff are great.
When you say you no longer offer dressing rooms at any of your stores, you simply are misinformed, uninformed, ... wrong. Other GWs have dressing rooms open even this week. At least you didn't use the empty excuse "no dressing rooms for our employee's safety". ???
