We had to do an emergency replacement of our tires on an 11 hour trip and this was the closest Good Year store! They got us in and out on the same day within a couple of hours! Fantastic customer service. Would recommend if you quality tires and want good customer service !

They did a great job on working with me for my alignment , even after finding a secondary issue they redid the work to get everything back in order. Allen was cool , talked me through the issues an did a good job.

Two trips to this store with details on the appointment on what I wanted. Oil change and tires rotation. Told them what I wanted and they quoted us on the phone as we made the appointment with that quote. Each time the service is done and they charged way more than the quoted. Both times the say we gave you the best offer. I didn't ask for the best offer. I wanted what was quoted to me and what we came there for. You better make sure you know what your getting before the service is done. This was done to my daughter and to my wife. This is shady business practice in my view.

We are so appreciative of the team here. While driving home from FL to NY, we experienced a flat tire Friday night and still had more than eight hours to go. John was able to fit us in the same day and we were on our way by the afternoon. Thank you to everyone at Goodyear in making us safe to continue our road trip.

Buyer beware! Especially if you are a woman.
I came here for an oil change because they were supposed to have a $30 rebate.
Well, my husband got a rebate, but apparently the manager didn't care enough to put mine in correctly. Denied and they can't help me.
The rebate was the only reason I had an oil change done here. And of course, they gave me a nice long list of repairs before I could even pay for the simple oil change I requested(another perk of being a female?)
Goodyear tires are no longer made in Danville, VA or even the USA.
Go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Tried to get new tires (or at least a patch on one with a screw in it), and was denied service. They said they don't work on Teslas. The old grumpy dude who looks like he hasn't done mechanical work in twenty years went on some rant about Teslas and how no one works on them.
So I went to Harris Tire, got great service and gave them $1200.

The employees were absolutely wonderful! They were courteous and helpful. The work was finished in less time than anticipated and I was on my way with new tires, oil change and alignment done to perfection. Thank you Goodyear tire in Forest, Virginia!

4/17/24 I called on Monday to make an appointment for Wednesday. I was not greeted with good customer service skills.. plus they wanted to charge me almost a thousand for 4 new tires Just because I’m a female they figure I’m desperate! Plus they was trying to get me to buy other things that I didn’t ask for . I just feel I was rip off and their customers service skills was garbage. I walked out feeling defeated I will not take my car back there ever again. Very disappointing

I know for a FACT that these guys are liars and crooks. I went in for a state inspection and tire rotation and wanted a TPMS (tire pressure monitor sensor) replaced. 600 miles away and the TPMS warning comes on the dashboard again. I go to a nearby garage, get it looked at, and find out that Good Year never put the TPMS in the tire but they did charge me for one! Maybe on larger repairs they give a square deal but beware, on the smaller ticket items, they are looking to upcharge in whatever way they can. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

They’ve taken care of my family’s vehicles for going on 17 years. Tires, brakes, inspections, routine stuff, emergencies, great at analyzing … great leadership, great staff. They have some really helpful extended maintenance deals like regular rotation, balance, and alignment! It’s especially helpful for AWD. We’ve even gotten to help out with family stuff. I trust them with just about everything.
