In the past I had a bad experience with my hair being cut shorter than I wanted and a few pieces were missed and I had to trim them myself at home. This most recent time the wait was short and my stylist took her time and did a wonderful job.

I had an incredibly pleasant experience! The stylist I had was so sweet and accommodating, and she cut my hair wonderfully. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she was giving me the best cut she could and she went above and beyond!
