“Great store for finding bargains for sure!!! A fun adventure looking at the ever changing merchandise. I can almost always find something unique at an excellent price. The Christmas supplies were especially good today. My only disappoint was the change in policy for no longer honoring the store coupons that have expired. This has been a long held tradition of the store. As I am on the email list a message would have been appreciated in advance of discontinuation.”

“The previous review remains correct that there was a runaround, however one of the consultants has corrected the matter and has been on point for the process of buying the appliances, with quick responses to emails and being cordial. This is the only shop in Lynchburg area with high end appliances, so if you're looking to buy some I recommend working with Pam Coles at Ferguson.”
