Very knowledgable and polite employees. Only issue is the typical long wait times before being attended to. All pharmacies appear to have issues with the lack of employees. Kroger not nearly as bad as CVS which oftentimes shuts down sporadically.

I love the staff in this pharmacy. Always so nice and they really try to pull your prescriptions as fast as they can. Anne is a lovely pharmacist and quick to ask if I have questions when something is new. :-) They stay positive even when the line is long.

I gave them a 3 star review because of nice staff but poor service as others pointed out. Many times I've had my physician fax them my prescription, call Kroger and they acknowledged they received it. Then they say when it will be ready and it isn't. Many times I then call,I'm told it's ready and upon arrival an hour or two past the ready for pickup time and it's not ready. Now I call twice: first for the pickup time and again before going to get it. I get person's name. That usually works.It's an unnecessary hassle but their prices are good.If they fixed that problem I'd give them 5 stars.

Manager here is complete a hole bought merchandise and was still rude to me worker was making jokes about me and my friend rude ones overall I'd stay away from this Kroger not a great place to be aswell as selling products I've found to be outdated

A total joke! Got here at 5 and it's now 634 it's bull with no updates until right when I say I have to go. People don't go to this phase!!!!

The service here has been consistently an issue with under-staffed - no matter the hours. Whether midday or late, there are multiple sections closed or unavailable.This has resulted in very poor service that has declined over the past year.

This pharmacy just told me they are 5 days behind when I called to see if prescriotions wete ready for my husband for me to pick up on the way home from his surgery.. They take days to get prescriptions ready no matter what and they always have an excuse. We are switching ..terrible service!

I used to love the Kroger in Forest but after having 2 issues with the store, I will think twice about it. First, the pharmacy didn't give us enough medicine for a 90 day prescription, they shorted us a box. When we realized there wasn't enough medicine, my husband went back to the store to explain the situation. The employee who helped him was POSITIVE it was correct but when they realized their error, they handed him another box of medicine, no apology or acknowledgemen

I adore a great sale. This was my haul, well mostly. Grass-fed Beef, Lamb, and Bison on sale. My heart is full of gratitude for not having to pay full price or drive an hour to a place that rhymes with Old Moods. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

We prefer Kroger, by far, over other non-specialty grocers, in the area. Excellent selection, good deli, decent meat counter and frozen section.

I dropped off my dog's prescription and told them I was picking up all the refills worth at once since she is on 8 medications and the medication is not a controlled substance. I was told to wait one hour. The guy at the window messed up and now I have to wait 20 more minutes for them to fix it. The guy also asked if I lived anywhere else besides Virginia when trying to find my dog's profile...I literally got her last round of this medication at the Timberlake Rd pharmacy location and lived at the same address for 5 years. I'm so glad I deal with CVS for myself and my husband. I called to make sure they will apply the GoodRx discount to the fixed prescription to not further extend my delay and get told they are "busy filling other people's medications". I'm so sorry that my 13 year old sick dog has to be on the medicine and I regret filling it at your location. Change your work ethic and attitudes!
