I was really excited to visit this dealership and possibly purchase a vehicle but the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the sales guy looked completely uninterested and even had a nasty look on his face. He didn’t ask what we were looking for when we came in and I had to start the conversation just to break the awkward silence because he was just standing there glaring at us. Instead of offering to show us options, he just brushed us off and said to “go look outside” and call him if we found something we liked. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Maybe it was because of our appearance, regardless there should be respect… but it definitely felt like we were being treated differently than other customers who were getting much kinder service. I’ll give an extra star only because of Michiah — he was the sweetest when I came here with my friend to get her car a couple months ago, which is why I came back here… was hoping to work with him but unfortunately got the other guy.
