I knew my car needed an oxygen sensor replaced when I arrived. I asked for the cost to replace it, and one of the techs insisted that this more than likely wasn’t the reason for my check engine light being on. He strongly suggested that I should have the diagnostic tests ran first. After paying $186 to have the diagnostics done, they determined that the issue in fact WAS the oxygen sensor.
So I basically paid $200 for them to tell me what I already knew. Very disappointed.

EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS
Everyone is pleasant and works with the customer to get repairs completed in a timely manner. No up-sell pressure. We have been using Meineke for repairs & inspections for 20+ years. Always honest and helpful.

Very courteous and friendly.....explained mechanical issues effectively. Honest about mechanical issues which require correcting rather than try to sell unnecessary services. Very prompt. A great value for professional services.Wouldnt waste my time or money going anywhere else.

Meineke recently done work on my vehicle and I am completely satisfied with their services. I brought my vehicle there because l had worked performed by them years back that l was happy with and l'm get more work performed tomorrow. Meineke does great work. I highly recommend Meineke for any services you need for your vehicle.

11/24- We are new to Virginia and needed an inspection done on our vehicle, walked in and was greeted with a smile, the lovely woman set my appointment for the next morning.
Arrived a few minutes early, they took my car back on time and it was done quickly. The inspector even put my new tags on for me which was super helpful to me.
7/25- Third visit to this shop and another successful visit. I get this is a corporate brand company but when you walk in you feel like you are more in a small mom and pop shop. All the same smiling faces.
This is an honest and fair shop that isn’t looking just to make a dollar. Their interactions show they really care for their customers and keeping their cars safe.
We will definitely be back for any service needs we have!

My AC was out and it was a complicated repair, but Meineke handled it wonderfully!!
I have forgotten the name of the gentleman that handled this for me, but he was outstanding!!
