From the beginning, Kristin stayed true to her word, communicated clearly and promptly, and made what could have been a stressful time feel incredibly smooth and supported. She even offered to help clean out last-minute items if I needed the extra hand — who does that?! Kristin does!

She listed my house on May 28th, had it under contract by May 30th, before she even had a chance to hold an open house! We officially closed on June 24th — it was fast, seamless, and truly an amazing experience.

My partner and I are currently buying our first home, and it's been a whirlwind! Don, our agent, has been an amazing help through the process. He sent relevant searches, was super responsive, listened to our likes/dislikes, and gave excellent recommendations for lenders/inspectors, etc. We will definitely be utilizing his services for future selling/buying. :)

I highly recommend Sabrina Tomlin Realtor to sell your house! I cannot say enough great things about her. This was my first experience dealing with selling any property and she made it so easy for me. I also live 3000 miles away from the property and she sold a within a few months! I couldn't believe how quickly it sold, and I think it was because of Sabrina. She just felt like family, but she was professional & adept at her craft and I felt she really wanted to help me more than interested in profit and believe me my place was not a high end property. She was absolutely responsive to all my questions (Boy! I had a lot). She really is an amazing person on top of being an excellent agent! I am so glad I found her! If I could I would give her 10 Stars! Thank you very much Sabrina! I can't thank you enough!

One of the best brokerages in town. You can get stellar service and know that everything will happen with integrity. Anyone from this brokerage would be a good fit but there are plenty of amazing agents to choose from. They are knowledgeable about listing, buying and helping you find an investment property. They also have a ton of fun while having a professional demeanor through everything.
