“Great work, Jamie from Gretna is the best . He told me the last person stripped oil plug and put a temporary fix on it . So then I called big super store ..u know and they tried to say the used a evac system and didn't touch plug. Said it was stuck I said sounds like someone was covering their tracks to me cause Jamie said the plug came right off with hyluc seal . Then the big store said they would pay to have it fixed . Although the vehicle ultimately wasn’t the color I wanted and I did not end up purchasing from the dealership, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience because the customer service I received was truly outstanding.

I called a few times, and on my third attempt, I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandy Hensley, the Digital Sales Manager. My first couple of experiences were fairly basic—I received some general information, but I didn’t feel like I had found the right vehicle or had enough information to move forward.

Then I spoke with Brandy, and the experience was completely different. From the very first conversation, she was by far the most helpful person I spoke with at the dealership. She took the time to genuinely listen to everything I was looking for, went over the vehicle in detail, answered all of my questions, and actually got me excited about the possibility of purchasing it—even though it wasn’t the color I originally wanted.

Brandy took down a detailed checklist of my preferences, offered to get additional pictures that weren’t available online, provided more information about the vehicle’s history, and really made me feel like she understood exactly what I was looking for. She even followed up with both an email and a text message to make sure I had everything I needed.

Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile were absolutely exceptional. Honestly, her level of service had me considering purchasing a vehicle in a color I didn’t even want simply because of how impressed I was with the experience!

What impressed me even more is that Brandy didn’t just stop there. She took down my specific criteria and is continuing to keep an eye out for a vehicle that better fits what I’m looking for.
