“STRONGLY suggest adding on your Google hours that the pet wash closes 1 hour before store closing. Legit that should be separate hours if that’s what you do. We drove all the way out there tonight and got there one hour before closing on the dot only to be stopped at the front door. Had no idea about this.
I really like the pet wash area here and the staff seem friendly.”

“Great place to drop off at Truckers! Had me unloaded before I even woke up in the morning, let me finish out my 10-hour break there and they were friendly. Plenty of space to back into their dock also. Definitely won't mind dropping off there again.”
“We have gotten our dogs groomed here for several years. We always do the VIP which makes it so our pup’s aren’t in a crate. They begin their groom when they arrive and the groomer calls 15 minutes before they’re done. We pay more for the vip service but it’s worth it for the peace of mind! We have also used their walk in services for things like nail trims.”
“So, we came in at 8:40 to choose fish. Absolutely no customers in the store. Asked for help at 8:46. Found out they do not sell fish after 8:45! (They close at 9:00)
Petsmart just lost whatever profit is to be made of $50. Will be shopping at PAWS in the future. Disgusted and disappointed.
