Sheetz is a place with really good food, including made to order burgers and milk shakes, that you wouldn't expect from a gas station. Many customers come frequently, almost every day. The experience is often made amazing by very kind, sweet, and professional staff who provide great service, treating people like old friends. These hard workers are described as awesome and the best. However, food orders are sometimes incorrect, with items missing, even when the store is not busy. Overall, the good food and excellent customer service keep people returning.
The cashier Robert took amazing care of me. Sweet and professional I will definitely keep returning to this sheetz just because of how amazing he was! He made my sheetz experience absolutely amazing!

Shop here quite frequently but they typically can’t get a food order right to save their life. Stopped in to get a sub for lunch today and it was missing a few things. Not the end of the world, but it wasn’t busy nor was there a line of folks waiting on food. Not sure why a sub with four things comes out missing two... read full comment
