The experience is often made amazing by very kind, sweet, and professional staff who provide great service, treating people like old friends. These hard workers are described as awesome and the best. However, food orders are sometimes incorrect, with items missing, even when the store is not busy. Overall, the good food and excellent customer service keep people returning.
