I never fail to leave karsens chair with a smile. She is the sweetest and she pays close attention to detail and I feel as a client, she really listens to what i’m looking for. This vibes in this salon are great and it’s always clean and I always feel very welcomed when walking in.

First time/last time! Do not recommend! I hate to leave a bad review because the stylist was so nice but she butchered my hair (pixie). I called the salon crying after I got home and really got a look at my cut. Their solution, have the same stylist fix it. Why would I want to have my hair cut again by the same person who did this? My advice, find another salon that specializes in short hair if that’s your thing!

As someone with curly hair, I have struggled with my hair my entire life. When my husband and I chose to do an outdoor wedding, we knew that this would be a huge risk for my hair. I took proper precaution and got an express keratin treatment to reduce some frizz. My curly sisters know this is not the ultimate solution though. We were recommended Studio, Style and Spa by our wedding venue, Vaughan House (incredible venue!!) and I could not be happier with the decision. When my, then fiancé, saw my trial hair he cried!! And the trial wasn't even as spectacular as my hair the day of the wedding. I chose to add a couple of clip in extensions to help with fullness. I had worn my clips in casually but never all day or with styled hair. Also! I chose to do a flower crown in my half up half down hair. The flower crown though absolutely stunning, was heavy and didn't want to stay in my hair. Grace did my hair and worked with me, my mom, and grandma to make the flower crown work. The flower crown stayed in my hair the entire day thanks to the help of Grace finding a solution. My hair did not frizz and my extensions blended perfectly into my hair. I could not be happier with the finished product and could not recommend this salon or Grace more. Not to mention, Grace is extremely kind and kept me calm the entire morning despite me being extremely nervous.

Since I am fairly new here, I had a hard time looking for someone to wax me, but am so thankful to have known Maura. She did my full leg and Brazilian wax and really took her time. She left no hair behind. In the past, when a waxing specialist would wax me, she would say something like "time is up! I can't wait to leave as I can't wait to see my kiddo", but Maura isn't like that and she's also a parent. She made sure that I get my money's worth. This place is also clean. I got my bangs done here as well for only $10 and the result was beyond impressive. Just the way I like it.Highly recommend this place!

I had wanted my hair styled with the curling iron reg curls not twisty curls. I have shorter hair twisty curls doesn't work for my short hair. I had told them when I made appt.

I had the pleasure of having Kimberly do my hair, she was absolutely amazing. She was kind and bubbly and very easy to talk to. She took her time and paid close attention to detail. She repeatedly made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I appreciated her professionalism. After a few days, I am absolutely still in love my hair cut and I would recommend her to anybody.

Carly does a fantastic job keeping my silvers looking amazing and not brassy. I always get so many compliments. Appointment are easy to make. All the salon staff are so welcoming, friendly and very competent at keeping the business end moving smoothly.
