Outdated can you buy something at one store you have to return it at that store you can't return it at other stores have to drive 30 minutes or 40 minutes back to the other store where I bought something from because it failed to work

This was my first visit to a Tractor Supply store. I went there to pick up my dog's favorite food and they are the only local store around that carries the brand he eats. The store is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. I appreciated that the salesperson greeted me as I came through the door ... that's a rare thing in many of the stores around here. Prices are very competitive, too!

They gave us the sale price we found at another store. Super nice manager and employees. Lots of employees on the floor...very helpful

Always like shopping at tractor supply for all my dogs needs. Only complaint about the Forest location is that they have a mouse problem, one scurried in front of me when I was walking down an aisle and there was a huge pile of mouse droppings that an employee was sweeping up. I understand this store has various animal feeds that attract the mice but with that in mind, store management needs to set out mouse traps or something.

I go into Tractor Supply all the time I spend a considerable money there today after calling ahead to make sure that they had a vaccination did I needed to completist Puppy sale I got to the store I can only find one person on the floor then I had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to get the key to get in the vaccination case nobody came out to tell me that they did not have a key and nor did the manager come out and say anything very dissatisfied very unhappy it has costed me a Puppy sale this customer did not come back I’m very unhappy I probably will not go to that store again

Went looking to exchange my cat crate was helped right away.Neighbor was looking for things fir her rabbit Natalie from Vinton. Helped her. Natalie answered everyone of my neighbors questions and went the extra mile. Tyler and Joshua was also very helpful.Our experience at Tractor Supply in Forest was a good one. Will definitely be going back for all my pets needs.
