I was thrilled with mu cut at Trimmers II by Sydney. We both agreed on what strategy could fix my chopped up hair after a texturized cut on wavy hair in the past. She brought it back to normal for me. It looks great , no unruly waves sticking out where I don't want them. Thanks Sydney, hope I spelled your name correctly.

Went in for a haircut on a whim. The girl that cut my hair was young and I was a little hesitant at first. She did an awesome job. Very friendly atmosphere and very professional. After recommending that the rest of my family give them a try, we all are loyal customers!!

This Salon is full of women wanting the best for their clients and for each other. Anne-Claire has done an exceptional job on my hair for the last 8 years! She is not only kind but she is also very talented. Everyone in the salon is so gracious and considerate and the atmosphere is outstanding. If you are looking for a reasonably priced salon full of women that love what they do, are exceptionally talented, that go above and beyond to make your experience great, this is the place for you. I have been there and been pleased with service.I attended a performance at the Academy of fine arts and the owner and staff sat behind us. They were intoxicated, obnoxious, and rude. I will never support their business due to their behavior in public and disrespect to others sitting around them that have paid money to attend the performance. Grow up people!

I am highly disappointed with my experience a few months back. I was seen with Lexi and she put in my hand tied weft extensions. I have two rows but one of the rows and double sewn to make my hair thicker. She took the double sewn row out and didn't give my hair back. Do you realize how expensive 100% human hair is?? Anyways, she installed them. The next day, I had to go back because my ends were all coming up. Like seriously? In one day? I went to visit my sister out of town for a week and when I got back, I had to go back because two beads had slipped. She was not nice to me. I had another appointment in 6 weeks but had to cancel and book myself a different appointment at a completely different salon. It had only been 4 weeks. The new girl at the new salon told me this was the worst hair extension installation ever!

Sydney is the best! She cuts my hair exactly as I ask and it grows out as I want. She does a great scalp massage if you want a shampoo after your cut. Tip her well she's awesome and deserves it!

This salon was cute, everyone was nice, and a great area. The reason I'm taking 2 stars off is because if you're paranoid or scared that you won't get your desired color and get home and decide that they messed it up, they will not redo it or fix it for free. I came on wanting an ashy tone. I have Asian hair so I knew it would be harder to achieve my look, but she never told me that it would take multiple sessions (just told me it wouldn't look like that this session). I got home and there was a straight up line in the middle of my head, highlights looked like they had been grown out for a year. Nothing matched. Nice place but just be careful!
