They lied to my husband and I. Quoted a monthy price of $155.00. The monthly bill is over $300.00!!! They are charging us on seperate plans instead of having us on one plan. Only one of us is $155. BUYER BEWARE. We're ending service before our 14 days is up.

Crooks. Added two hotspots to a loved one's account that were never used. One in 2015 and one in 2017. $65 per month, so over $5000 worth of additional costs to her bill. Given the runaround by their customer service for over 2 weeks only to learn that only the account owner can initiate a fraud claim. What if the account owner is unable? You have to become their power of attorney to file a fraud dispute. Ludicrous. This is fraud at the highest level that preys on the vulnerable.

Tyler went above and beyond Friday, February 5th for my neighbor. My disabled neighbor has never had a smart phone, does not have Internet, etc. I have been helping my neighbor by making calls for him on my phone. I recommended US Cellular in Forest because that is who I use. My neighbor is disabled and needed not only a phone but wanted a police scanner app on it to help pass the time since he doesn't get around well and is home 99 percent of the time. Tyler set him up with everything he needed. He even did it curbside because my neighbor uses a wheel chair and has a hard time maneuvering. Even installed an app for him, set up his account, put a screen protector and case on it and went way above board as far as customer service goes. Thank you so much Tyler for helping Sherwood. He still talks about how helpful you were.
