No food. At least I got my money back. No more dominos for us. They have been messing up our orders for the past three times. This store was great. Now not so much. I dont know what happened to them.

I was incredibly disappointed with my visit to the Peaks of Otter Winery. I wanted to love it so badly because I have so many fond memories of growing up hiking parts of the Peaks and playing in Otter Creek, but I just couldn't bring myself to rate this spot more than 2 stars. Driving in, you can see that the Apple trees and grapes are not maintained very well. The Apple trees were starting to get overgrown with grape vines and other weeds and you could see that the grapes were not trimmed/trained/maintained. They were a little busy and were selling bags for u-pick apples, donuts, and shots of "The Devil's Kiss" outside of the barn where the wine tastings are. We decided to venture inside to try a flight. We each ordered 8 different wines and shared so we could try more flavors. I didn't like any of them enough to buy a bottle which is surprisingly rare. I usually can find at least a couple of wines to bring home for my wine rack, but not here. Everything tasted like it was overly infused or far too bitter for me. The best one I tried was the Cafe Vino and my boyfriend who likes sweet wines enjoyed the Strawberry Reserve. We were slightly annoyed by flies hanging around the seating area while we were tasting which may have been because there was a random Apple just sitting on the floor. The other thing that felt less than sanitary was the restroom. The 'outhouse' was not very well kept. I think this spot may be good for you kids, but it's definitely not a winery worth driving to if you have a more refined palette.

It's a rustic farm setting with wines that did not suit my taste at all. It's all overpriced sweet wines, canned goods and apples. Very touristy but not good for even an amateur wine connoisseur.

We had a nice little sampler or "flight" of our choice of wine! We appreciated their little ways (& their big ways!) to help keep us safe from this nasty virus. Everyone was so kind and I know I want to come back again!!!

I don’t know what it is about this store but every time I am in there the employees will stare at you the whole time you shop. Maybe they get a lot of thefts at that store I don’t know but it is extremely uncomfortable. I have even had the lady that works there stare at me out the window while I was getting in my car and leaving.

Fun way to pick a wine - or wines - plus fun for the kids My wife and I had finished hiking the Peaks of Otter Trail to the summit and decided we needed some, uhhh, refreshment. We had planned to go to the Peaks of Otter Winery as part of our trip, and were quite glad we did. They have a nice option, since they have so many choices. They offer a sampling either 3 servings for free, or up to 20 servings for $5 per person, plus you get to keep your glass. Perhaps I should clarify. They do have some wines, but they also have other choices made from the fruits they grow on their orchard. Some made with blueberry, blackberry, peach, pear, apple, mango, passion fruit and even one called "Kiss the Devil" made with 30 different types of peppers - yes, including Ghost Peppers. "Kiss the Devil" is mostly used for cooking - not served by the glass - and you're glad of that. Beverly made our taste test adventure quite pleasant. She told us a bit about each serving and rinsed our glass between samples so that we could get a clean taste of each. My wife and I took notes and, yes, we did purchase a bottle each of Blackberry Cobbler and Blueberry Jack Reserve. We are looking forward to enjoying them when we get home. Beverly also told us that they sell a wide variety of the fruit they grow. You can even pick your own fruit, but they do have many different types already picked if you're not as adventurous as your kids. They have a number of activities for kids - they even do school tours. All that to say that my wife and I had a great taste test with Beverly, and we look forward to doing our own taste tests once we get home. If you're interested in a different type of winery, give them a "taste test" of your own.

We were not super impressed with this place. Wines were VERY SWEET, there were few grape ones, the man serving us was not personable and did not do a good job explaining things. It was also over priced. Won't be returning

If you are looking for sweet wines then this is your place. It's very different than most wineries. The wine tasting is set in the back of a store which is located on a orchard field. There are also a few animals to visit if you have time. This winery has a very country feel to it.
