1st Advantage Credit Union on Ft Eustis gets a 5 star rating from me. The personal in this branch are very pleasant and give excellent customer service.
Alex Gual has always been very helpful to me whenever I have been in the Credit Union. Alex even remembers customers names and will great you by name as you enter the credit union, which is extraordinary in today's world!

First of all I've been a member ever since I have been living in the United States. That's over 15 years!! The branch is always clean, there is never a long wait period and the staff is always helpful.Tina Carter is the face of 1st Advantage! If I go there and don't see her, I have to check to make sure she is still there and doing well! I absolutely love her! Definitely recommend doing business with her and 1st Advantage!
