The Fort Eustis Main Exchange is a military-only retail establishment that caters to the needs of service members, their families, and retirees. While the store offers a decent selection of household items and clothing, particularly for women, the range of options can be limited, especially when it comes to children's apparel and larger shoe sizes. The prices are generally lower than those found at larger department stores, making it a cost-effective option for the military community. The staff, particularly Joshua and Ángel from the weapon section, are praised for their exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Overall, the Fort Eustis Main Exchange provides a convenient shopping experience for the military population, though shoppers may need to look elsewhere for a more diverse selection in certain product categories.
I found everything I was looking for. Prices were great. I used self checkout and the employee who verified my ID, also helped me with a problem with my receipt. Wonderful customer service 👏
