Can I give this place a negative star?Called KENNER to make an appointment to get my birth control replaced on THURSDAY. They told me I cannot make an appointment, I had to do a walk in on Fridays between 1- 2:30. I show up the next day (Friday) at 1 as instructed. Surprise! They actually do walk ins on Tuesdays between 7 - 8 AM. I live about an hour away...they told me to show up early because they only take 4 walk ins........ I have a job I have already missed time from because of misinformation. Guarantee if I arrive on Tuesday at 7, they won't do them then either. I have had nothing but issues every time I ever go to this awful place. If you can go ANYWHERE else, do it. You will never once be told the same thing twice here and you will NOT get any kind of decent service. This place should be shut down since no one knows how to do their job anyway

Kenner Army Health Clinic is so pitiful, they should close down and refer everyone out. Doctors sending spouse prescription to dependants with wrong dosage. Equipment in pharmacy is a joke for getting pharmacy tickets, waiting 2-3 hours for a prescription.

There is absolutely no reason for patrons to have to wait 3 hours for 1 prescription. This place is absurd.7 windows open and they still can’t get it together.

Said I couldn’t breathe well for almost 2 years to a nurse. PA didn’t read the notes and scheduled labs to check for an infection that I would’ve picked up IF I had traveled and that still doesn’t address the breathing. Guess I’ll die?

I went to the lab this morning for bloodwork and the lab team went above and beyond. The care they demonstrated was amazing. Thank you and Keep up the good work!!!!

Worst clinic we have been to during my spouses career. There haven't been sick appointments available for weeks for peds. Adult medicine ones are hard to come by. I'm so sick of it. Kids' primary left last year and it still hasn't been moved to anyone else. They love giving you a run around. Pharmacy is finally doing better but it's just awful and we've been through high traffic clinics like those at JBLM and Ft Liberty.

My husband and I are very grateful for the excellent care he received at the Active Duty clinic thanks to Mrs Green at the front desk and MAJ Colleen Bye. Mrs. Green showed professionalism and compassion on assisting us with some unusual scheduling circumstances, and MAJ Bye sacrificed her lunch break to give my husband the care he needed. MAJ Bye really cares about her patients and the clinic. It's apparent she goes out of her way to foster a positive work environment among the staff while ensuring quality care for the soldiers!

I went in to the new sick call hours and was seen right away by MAJ Bye. The new sick call hours were convenient and MAJ Bye got me seen in physical therapy for my back pain the same day. This was the best appointment I have ever had at Kenner!! Thank you to all who seen me so quickly!!

When being treated in the active duty clinic,Expect 2+ hour wait at pharmacy if you arrival after 0900.Best to have your medicine sent out to the cvs at the crossing in hopewell if your short time.

The ADC is by far the worst clinic I've ever encountered. They give you a constant run around, have miscellaneous times and schedules that are only shown in the office rather than on the website, and they don't call you back when they say they will. They sat idle for months on a packet that only required a signature. When I called to get answers (live nearly 2 hours away and this is the closest MTF) they said it was complete and come in any time to pick it up. They didn't state it could only be picked up at certain times, they said "any time". I drove 2 hours to pick it up only to be told I have to come back after lunch to get...for something that's already complete! When I explained to them I can't just drive to pick up because I'm 2 hours away, they each shrugged and said "oh well".There was even a time they called me to come in for a last minute appointment that they could see me for. It was for a physical that typically takes months to get scheduled so I asked my supervisors if I could leave so I dropped everything and made the trip. When I arrived, I waited for half an hour until they told me the doctor left for the day, even though he knew I was on the way. Luckily the OIC was still in so she took care of me and was professional. She was the only professional one in the clinic.For anyone stationed in central VA, you're better off just driving to the DC area or Ft. Eustis for MTF services because you won't get much of anything from here. Most of them are civilians so their level of care is practically nonexistent and most of them are rude.

Too few staff for the number of customers. I have visited this pharmacy many times and I rarely see more than 4 or 5 window out of ten open. If you have a new prescription I recommend that you show up before they open or plan on spending hours there.

I want to thank Maj. Bye and Alayna for their wonderful guidance and professionalism. I’m always worried about going in to military medical installations, and today’s experience has by far been the best I’ve ever had in 9 years of service. Thank you all and keep up the great work!

Terrible pharmacy. They ask out loud what you are picking up at the desk infront of other patients. Then the counter told me they would fill it and call me when it's ready. I wait a week with no call. I come in and they tell me it has not been filled. So here I am waiting again after telling the lobby what I'm picking up. DO BETTER. On a different day I check in and wait over an hour to be called just for the lady to tell me they will start filling it and to wait some more. Why do we tell the first person what we are picking up out loud if nothing is being done?? Terrible

If you have the option, send prescriptions elsewhere. The pharmacy process seems slow and inefficient at Kenner. I waited an hour and a half to pick up my prescription

Extremely difficult to get anybody to answer the phone. The folks that work here are extremely rude, disrespectful and have zero regard for rank, let alone severity of a patient's needs. My overall experience at this place has been very distasteful. Would recommend upping the standards of discipline and respect by the employees who work here.
