I received a state inspection at this location. After them giving me a list of alleged things that were wrong/need to be fixed, I took it too another auto shop for possible better prices. The auto shop I took it to informed me that I did NOT need none of the things that were supposedly wrong. All in all you should probably get a second opinion before trusting these guys and paying way too much.

I recently visited the Precision Tune Auto Care on Fort Lee and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was not only fast and efficient but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and their pricing was very fair. It's rare to find such a combination of quality service and customer care. Because of this, I'm a loyal customer for life now. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto service. A well-deserved 10/10!

They made a rookie mistake by rotating my tires incorrectly. They put my 255 on the front and my 235s on the rear. Plus the wrong tire pressure and I purchased the tires from there. I was not happy.

Outstanding service! I had my tires balanced and an alignment done, they could have easily up charged me and performed a tire rotation but when I picked up my truck the service lady let me know I didn’t need it yet. Fast friendly and after 10+ times having them work on my cars never one problem, these folks make it easy.

FINALLY a shop i can trust. This year, 2024, Manager Dawn & my fav master mechanic Tim have repaired my car ? 2x. They figured out a problem a previous shop could not, so i've trusted them ever since. I appreciate them explaining the problem and my options to repair - based on my budget. Ty both.

Subject: Distrbing Experince at Precison at Fort- Gregg-Adam’s.
Today, I went to Precision on base, as my father (CSM) and I usually do, because of the great service from Mr. Danny and Tim. Unfortunately, I was met at the door by an unpleasant man who spoke to me rudely.
I asked if someone could put air in my tire, and he told me they no longer do that, claiming it stopped a year ago. When I inquired about Mr. Danny’s whereabouts, he said Mr. Danny left a year ago, which isn’t true—I had service done this year, and he was there.
When I asked Mike for his card, he said he didn’t have one. I requested he write down his name, and he refused, saying, "You can’t remember Mike?" I then asked for the name of his regional manager, but he wouldn’t provide it. When I explained I wanted to file a formal complaint, he asked why and then told me to leave the store.
As a woman who doesn’t work on cars, I expected professionalism. I’m writing this to warn others: please avoid dealing with Mike. His behavior was disturbing and unprofessional. If you’re working on base, you should be committed to serving those with access here.

Came in for my tire to be checked out. The manager Mike helped me out quite a bit. I needed a new tire and he got me the best price for it. Got me in and out quickly. Definitely will be returning!
