Everything I go in the workers are extremely rude. They close it lock the doors sometimes as much as 2 hours before posted closing times.

When I order something to a specific address you drop it off at that address. I have ordered stuff that has been marked delivered and I have never received my mail. I would like to receive my mail.

It's Saturday. Unless you have bubble guts, how do you get to take lunch when you're only open for 4 hour??

Worst USPS ever. The mail clerks have lunch break until 2:45pm and closed before 4:30pm. I have seen AIT soldiers walking 20 minutes to the post office only to be turned around

This post office should be investigated.Packages only get delivered when THEY feel like delivering them. The mail-lady is RUDE.I have been waiting on a package only to find out it was sent to the post office for pickup. I was given no notice. Requested re-delivery. Still no package.Absolutely embarrassing to have these folks working ON A MILITARY INSTALLATION.Worst post office EVER.

Understanding and taking into account the current world climate, this is by far one of the worst USPS locations I’ve ever utilized. Letter carriers on certain routes do not meet USPS requirements for lifting packages and will instead leave a slip in your mailbox saying they “attempted delivery” when in fact the package was never loaded for delivery and was left at the office. The redelivery slip is actually a notice for you to go pick up your package, and it’s not correctly labeled with the actual USPS that your package is at. The slip tells you it is located at 3131 S Crater Road in Petersburg and going there they will tell you that the Letter Carrier used the wrong slip with incorrect address. If you’re unable to meet employment requirements and deliver packages UNDER the weight lifting limits, you should not be performing that job.I’ve now been standing in line for over 40 minutes with six people in front of me, four people behind me, while many have others have walked in and left. Initially there were two employees at the counter and after helping just one person they walked away leaving one employee for a growing line. The day after a federal holiday where your business is closed should be a day they expect to be busy, however they’ve done nothing to mitigate things.Management and hiring need to be looked, as this government run business on a military installation is simply failing miserably.EDIT: Still waiting 23 MINUTES LATER. In 5 minutes I’ll have stood in line for an hour. This is beyond absurd.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have lived on post for 2 months now and received two pieces of mail. I’ve tried to call and no one has answered or I get the 800 number that does not help at all.

They are hands down the best at delivering your mail to the wrong address.
