“I go there to buy my face scrubs, deodorant and other face or body supplies. They are always very nice and are very knowledgeable when you questions.”

“I love the huge variety of items this store has. They have thought of it all. The customer service is top notch and a friendly face will greet you. One of my favorite stores. I just live about 40 mins away and only have that store to take me to the area. I need to start making special trips. My goodies are always worth the ride anyhow. Also always spend so long in here because there are so many good products.”

“Very helpful staff. Never had any problems here. Wish I had asked the cashier their name. They were overly helpful. Probably doing more than they are paid to but never had a bad experience in this store. Would probably never purchase anything here myself but whenever I come in for doordash orders and tell the staff that they don't treat me like a sub human like most places even though they know I'm a doordasher. Most places once they find out you are doordashing they treat you like trash. But not here. The cashier treated me like a human being.”

“Stopped by GNC today to grab a couple of things. Came in contact with Patrick, who was immediately ready to help me with whatever I needed. His customer service skills are top notch, he’s very knowledgeable, and easy to engage in conversation with. Definitely added to my day. To say GNC is fortunate to have him representing their brand feels short somehow, but it’s nothing less than accurate. With how passionate he is about what he does, there’s no doubt that GNC takes care of him in the same way he takes care of their guests. In a world where customer service is dying more and more by the day, thanks for standing apart and demonstrating what customer service can and should be.”

“I went in not planning to buy anything, but the two young men working were so knowledgeable and helpful that I ended up leaving with a great deal. Their recommendations were spot on and the deals they showed me were too good to pass up. Fantastic customer service. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Before moving to Virginia from California, I began researching smaller “mom & pop” type pharmacies, as I find them more personable and efficient. RX-3 did NOT disappoint. Chris (the owner) is kind and knowledgeable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We just adore Judy at the front desk. They have never treated me like anything less than family, and their pharmacist Maria drove a prescription to my house on her own time when I was bedridden with Covid. No big name pharmacy would ever do that. I highly recommend them!”
