My boyfriend bought me the most beautiful Valentine’s Day flowers from here. They lasted TEN DAYS. I highly recommend this place.

I am so mad. I ordered flowers online and this local company was contracted to do the order. I have had nothing but problems. i ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine's day. I contacted the company a week before delivery to inform them I needed the order day to be changed to one day earlier. I was told that it was no problem. No flowers were delivered. I paid extra money for them to come by 1 but when I called they said that they deliver by 5 to businesses so thet cannot honor the early delivery.I never got the money back like they promised. The flowers finally came and they delivered the wrong flowers. They came back to the office and told my mom they need the flowers back and gave her the other ones that were hers.My mom said why are the roses brown the the landy got mad and took both flowers and held them over her head saying now you are not getting either flowers and walked down the hallway like that. My mom called the manger and she said that she was too busy to deal with it but made the lady giver her back the flowers. I am so upset. This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mom and it has now been ruined. At this point I want a full refund and I am never ordering from here again

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. ASAP flowers has to be the worst florist I have ever had the on pleasure of doing business with. Constantly they get the orders wrong. You order something days or weeks ahead of time then go to pick it up and they don't have it. The people there either don't understand English pretend they don't understand English or just plain stupid. To be a florist on a military installation which means you're going to have guaranteed business they either think that it doesn't matter or they truly are the worst and I see this again worst florist ever save yourself the time in the headache either glue them yourself or go somewhere else it's at flowers you should be out of business

This is a fraud. ASAP Flowers is not on Fort Belvoir or Fort Meyer. Do not order and then not receive flowers. This company should have zero ratings and be investigated for fraud via Internet. The military community should beware.

DO NOT use ASAP flowers. They did not do what I asked for on my wedding day. I am a very laid back and easy going person but this enraged me. My flowers, my mothers and mother in law flowers and fathers flower were dying before the ceremony was even over. Leann added things and colors to my bouquet that I did not ask for. Added ribbons to my bouquet and colors to my bouquet and vases I did not ask for. I had to remove the bow from my bouquet bc it was hideous. What I was left with was a top heavy bouquet with a skinny stem to hold on to. It couldn't even support the flowers bc the top of the bouquet was falling over. It wasn't a normal bouquet. My family was very disappointed. My mother in law paid for my flowers and when I called Leann to complain she got very defensive. She has since called me a nasty attitude bride. I have every right bc it was

UPDATE: Leanna did not refund the money she said she was going to. She talked to my mother in law and got her credit card info but Leanna didn't refund the agreed amount. I do not know what she did with my mother in law credit card info which is an issue in itself. She loosely takes card info and doesn't do anything? I wrote an honest review which I am entitled to and she got so offended and didn't do the refund because of my review. I explained that reviews are a freedom and they protect the consumer from ppl like her. This is unacceptable and not ok. She is the most defensive person I have ever been in contact with and I will never use her services and I actually need flowers for a baby shower. Her flowers are junk, ugly, dated, her service is horrific, her attitude is nasty, she thinks she is always right, very difficult to deal with and she gets defensive when I express my dislike, she is non Responsive, she personally attacked me and the military community, and the list goes on. I can get over the 200 dollars bc at the end of the day karma is a b***** I did nothing wrong and she did everything wrong and this is not the way business should be conducted. The fact she has said she has never had a complaint is laughable. I have emails about her insulting me all because I was not happy with her service. Please go to Royality Flowers that is on the recommended list at the ft Myers club as a vendor. I didn't end up using her for my wedding that I am regretting. She is fantastic and does a lot of the flowers there and they are beautiful. ASAP flowers is not on the vendor preferred list but royality in Alexandria is. She writes defense snarky posts bc she can't handle a little review of a paying customer. At the end of the day Leanna, it's only hurting you. That is ok. I'm just sharing my experience. The fact she is calling me an "ungrateful bride" is a little bizarre. Leanna, how can you be ungrateful when you gave me a price and I agreed to it and didn't negotiate? I said ok. Ungrateful is when you give someone something and they aren't appreciative of it. It has nothing to do with a PAYING customer and services she is bought. You run a business not a charity. You come up with your own prices and I never complained. Business is business and you truly need to get over yourself. She ruined my color scheme of my wedding and it looked like s**** This was a happy day bc I was marrying my husband and we are 6 months pregnant but Leanna RUINED my decor and has been nasty ever sense and didn't refund the amount agreed. People are not going to want to use your business if you call people "ungrateful" and other attacking posts you have wrote on Facebook bc it's a reflection of you. I have in writing on social media where you agreed to a $200 dollar refund but you never followed through. Why would people want to go to your business where you promised a partial refund of my unhappiness of something I PAID for that is on a public site proving you agreed and you never followed through? It shows you are NOT RELIABLE and CANT TRUST you. Its comes across as pretty shady in my opinion. It's pretty obvious given my bouquet I did not get what I asked. You don't first of all follow through with your word. If you decide to do the right thing and give the partial refund you agreed to. She was suppose to give the refund for the bouquet that my picture proves wasn't what I asked and my bridesmaid and mothers flowers. None of that happened. That is the power of social media, Leanna. I am allowed to write my review freely and this is 100 percent the TRUTH. Good luck!
