I got a radiator from them and found out it was cracked in 3 places I went and got it tested at multiple shops and the outcome was the same. I called and spoke to Lori and she said she wont refund it because the decision is " at her digression" I told her the names of the shops she can call and verify with them the part given was not in condition to be sold and her comment was " get a lawyer" DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING THEY ATE CROOKS AND WILL SELL YOU WORSE PARTS THAN WHAT YOU HAVE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
