Return process newly modified and horrible. Customers must now scan/bag/tag their own returns. Employees lie about the status of the machine or whereabouts of other more intelligent employees. Return machine broken and most employees unable to fix it. One return took over an hour.

Roast chicken is very tasty, but for the past weeks, every time I buy it, I've noticed that it's not fresh; it seems like they cook all the chickens the day before or early in the morning and then reheat them the during the day. It will be nice if the kitchen staff set a schedule during the day and cook them fresh!!! other than that I love Amazon Fresh!!!

I really like this store! It’s clean, organized, and convenient. Most of the time when I shop here, it’s not crowded, and checking out is quick and easy. For budget-conscious shoppers, prices can sometimes feel a bit high, but their sales and $10-off coupons make a big difference. As long as they keep offering good deals, I’ll keep getting my groceries here.
I especially love their store-brand items — the cheeses, cereals, baked goods, pizzas, drinks, and cinnamon rolls are all great quality and well-priced. Lately, I’ve also been picking up ice cream and treats for my kids, like their donuts that used to be around $1–2. However, this past month I noticed the price for my daughter’s favorite donuts jumped from about $1.80 to $4.80, which was surprising — so just something to keep in mind. Not sure who’s in charge of that, but I hope the prices level out again!

Prices are good and the cart calculating your total is awesome. I would say there is some serious false advertising going on. The store has the weekly sale bulletin at the front. We purposely spent the amount to get a coupon for $15 off our cart. As we checkout the coupon says expired. Sales associate confirmed dates were valid but offered us only $10 off. He said the issue had been happening since the 1st
without remedy. Shopped on Oct 3rd, coupon for the same week.

Come on Amazon, you made plenty of money, why is there only one poor guy working at the return/pick up counter. The actual store side was basically empty. The poor guy has to load the truck too!! Several of us waiting for him to do multiple things at the same time, then coming back to the counter. The guy in front of me almost lost his patience!!

Was here for lunch a few times. The sushi rolls were great. They have like a food/salad bar and the chinese food was terrible - probably wouldn't recommend that one 🙄. The salad was good though according to my friend.
