Have been coming to this location for years and this past time, the employees were all so sweet. Upgrades have been made for sure. Came here for the mobile vet service today and Lexis, specifically, was incredibly kind and looking out for us (as well as other responsible pet owners). You can tell the location has quality staff with your pet’s best interest. Very good experience :))

We had great customer experience! I brought my pup along and they gave him so much love, attention, and butt scratches. He was so happy to be there with all of the extra snuggles and tasty smells! It’s great to see them carry Open Farm— our favorite brand. My pup looks forward to going back for more chews, treats, and scratches! And thank you to the employee for giving my pup a little snack so I can get some shopping done!

I had a grooming session with Luisa today and left extremely happy with my yorkie’s cut. I’ve tried three other grooming places and have been so disappointed with his haircuts so I decided to try one more place. So glad I booked with Luisa.

I got my pommie groomed here by recommendation. Emily is a delight!! I had a horror experience with a previous groomer and have been scared to leave my little guy anywhere else. I immediately scheduled my next groom after picking him up. She has great communication reviewing expectations of the cut and I felt heard for what I was hoping to achieve. She accomplished all of it!! And my little guy didn't seem stressed at all, even while she trimmed his feet, which he is usually very sensitive about.
I will absolutely be returning to Emily routinely for Eevee's cuts.

Pretty small wellness section and when I asked for help the attendant was friendly but didn’t seem to know what products they had.

I have been a customer for more than a year now and I love Pet Supplies ! The team here is amazing, especially Lina, Brynn and Tory who are always very friendly, very knowledgeable and have such a positive energy! The products are qualitative (love Redford), they have a large range of products, prices are very interesting compared to other brands, you always get nice discounts and the rewards program is also very interesting! A special thanks to Lina who always take the time to answer my multiple questions and who added a lovely betta to our household !
