lady was yelling and being disrespectfu. making me stand on the side while she helps other people yet i was there first. i waited on the side for around 20-30 minutes.

I’m in the store presently and there is no personnel other than “Loss prevention“ staffing the front end. This is unacceptable. People with returns are waiting 25+ minutes, while loss prevention is trying to direct people to the most inefficient self-check in retail! I refuse to use it. The person that finally comes to a register seems to have an attitude. Not sure I’ll come back to this location-it needs a serious personnel overhaul.

Every time I go into this store I feel like I am being watched, even though they have seen me 100 times and have made many purchases, this happens every time! I really do feel like they racially profile people. I will not shop there anymore!

Such an uncomfortable store. Staff is rude, try to search your bags on the way out. Loss Prevention people creepily follow you around the store. It’s weird and creepy.

Bad and rude customer services. I came to the store for return my purchased. I asked the cashier where can I return my purchased, she said get in line. After 15 minutes waited in line, same cashier told me that the system for returning didn’t work, I asked her when was it stopped? She said few hours ago then I asked her: why didn’t you tell me when I came and asked you? Then she said she forgot and without any apology!!!!! What’s kind of service at Ross store??? Unbelievable! Never come back again!

My experience with this store was bad. When I paid for all my purchases, an employee from self check out stopped me and began to take all purchases out of the bags and check every item I purchased. When I asked what was going on, he told me that he was checking to make sure nothing was stolen. This was humiliating and extremely unpleasant for me. I will NEVER go back to this store again.

Worst customer service, aggressive staff, the supervisor is a disgusting human being, stupid personality! Please to all, if you want to wait for 40 minutes in line, then deal with a cashier that knows nothing, aggressive attitude so go otherwise kindly get rid of this disaster store.

Ben was terrible and stated he was the store manager when clearly he is a shift manager. Barely could comprehend basic questions. Had to repeat myself 3 times.

I would give this place a three-star review, but you have to run a gauntlet to get out the door after paying for everything. I came in here recently and got some tools, a pair of dumbbells, and a pair of hiking boots. The total came to about $140. I had a full cart, and the staff insisted that I use self-checkout. I used self-checkout, and carefully compared the merchandise to what was on my receipt before leaving. I was stopped by "loss prevention" and they compared what was on my receipt before I was allowed to leave. After they had done this, they would not even let me take the cart out to my van. What? I had to pull up my van to the sidewalk and load up there. They had already verified that I had paid for everything, so why wouldn't they let me take the shopping cart out to the vehicle? I always bring back shopping carts. Nothing short of bizarre.
