Ever since corporate took this store back, it has gone downhill. They never have anything that's on the app and everything is always out of stock. They don't have enough people to work there and are always closed.

For a store that is supposed to be 24hrs it sure is closed a lot. If you can't staff it don't advertise that you're open 24 hours. I understand no one wants to work these days but you have to adjust accordingly.

This particular store gets plenty of business. However, it's gone down hill greatly over last few months. The fountain drink machine is a mess. Flavors in the wrong dispensers, if at all. As of today. No ice. Slurpee Machine went from only working during day shift. To not at all. Store no longer accepting EBT. Night shift, it's always. One or the other. Card or Cash only. If the store is open at all.. Rare night shift even has food ready and available for customers. Not cooking anything either. Don't ask. Also, takes forever to restock. Why is it this store cannot keep an employee? Poor management?!

The customer service has drop. The lady is so busy with her phone. I brought pizza up to the front And she sighed. I also go water and 2 for 3 as it was advertised and when the price can up normal I told her the price on the water is 2 for3. Told me that is not what is ring up at she can see the sign and she didn't even have to move to see it but could not be bothered. I told her she needs to remove the sign and she just went right back to her phone. I will change my review when she is gone.

employees there are a bit prejudice. one threw money in my food. there’s quite a few negative experiences i’ve had at this 7-11 & it takes a lot for me to even as so much comment this. i’ve stopped going, but the one who calls herself “princess” if she still works there you may need to watch out for her. excellent stock though. :)
