My tire sensor light came on..drove into Bubba's and he replaced the sensor and I was on my way within 45 minutes ..so kind and efficient and professional. I am grateful

Bubba's is great. You can go inside to wait for car repairs and catch up farming, planting and car issues. The retirees who hang out there are great to talk to. I can always get quick and quality car repairs and tires at Bubba's.

Today! I didn’t like the service I received today. I go there for different services like used tires and an oil change. So my engine cover was broken and no one told me. Once I started driving I hear some noises. I have had my vehicle that long. I called and let them know. I returned to the shop. Someone repaired it with zip ties. I let them I need a new one. Everyone gets upset because I asked for a new one. I didn’t not break it. It should be replaced. I asked to get something in writing that I am owed a new one. Bubba throws the clip board in front of others inside the shop and says some unkind words with the other people in the shop. Things happened be honest enough and willing to replace it. I travel daily and pay monthly for my vehicle. Why should I accept anything? I am waiting for another engine cover. I guess since I am a female and I suppose to accept anything. I work for what I get and my service. I don’t get anything free.

I had my car towed here because I was stuck on the highway 50 miles away from home... I wanted to get the car back to Franklin where I live well, Bubba went far beyond the call of Duty and stay till 7:00 until the work was done just so that I wouldn't have to walk home the price was low as well... the BESt shop that I have 'been to so far in 20 years!!Will definitely go back for more service ☺️
