I would give them a 5 star but one of the staff called me a disrespectful name, I asked her did I ever disrespect her and she replied no. I’m older gentleman and when doing business you don’t joke with a person until you learn that person.When I told her I didn’t like her comment she said another joke which made me form my opinion about her. Either she wasn’t raised right or she doesn’t know better! I had to demand an apology from her. My name is Gregory King not silly duck so please don’t make that mistake again!

Great place for therapy Therapistscare knowledge, all the staff are kind and pleasant. A bigger parking lot would be fabulous.

Pivot is the most awesome place I’ve ever been to for physical therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, happy, and caring. They are accommodating to all their clients needs, and work well together as a team assuring all their clients needs are met. The atmosphere is comfortable and “happy”, with lots of smiles! I don’t hesitate to highly recommend Pivot if you’re in need of a good place for your physical therapy needs!

All the people I've worked with at been wonderful to include Alex, Cristall. All good environment positive encouragement, and smiling faces. PT give good direction so I know what to do.

Franklin Pitvot is awesome! The staff is top notch!Front desk is warm and welcoming!The facility is clean!The therapists are knowledgeable,, friendly , direct and highest quality professionals.

I'm one of those people who never give 5 star ratings. There is always room for improvement. But, it will be hard to find that at Pivot. Everyone, from front desk to Physical Therapist to PT Assistants, is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Pivot to everyone.

I have been to Pivot numerous times for different joint replacements. I am going now for sense of balance and leg strengthening. They have always gone out of their way to help me. I have always left there feeling a lot better when my session was over. All of the Therapists are great!!!!
