I love Texas Nails. Vincent makes sure my nails are taken care of right, and if I'm nitpicky about anything, he'll make sure it's done to my satisfaction. Appointment only, so make sure you call ahead! (I don't usually take pics of my nails so enjoy two pictures of my kitten 😍💅🏼)

This use to be my go to place for my nails. They do an excellent job. I missed an appt this year because I got a iPhone and didn’t know that I had turned the alarm off on my phone a week prior to my appt. Grant you I called the day before to confirm my appt. I was called numerous times by the owners Tina and left nasty messages. I when realized when I woke up and called the salon was harassed by her as far as her to tell me me I know who you are and I told her
what happened but she was very rude and told me this a place of business which made me feel like she wanted me to pay for the missed appt.Which I understand it’s a place of business.. but she didn’t seem to comprehend what I told her happened. As I will stand on my post and will say they do an excellent job but I will never give my business to them again. I am not a child and was talked to one as I was.I don’t appreciate that. I found a new salon called Happy Nails in Suffolk and I’m super excited at the service and the way they go above and beyond and provide extra services with my nails.They also overly charge when your told one price but when you check out it’s much more!!

Had appointment, 45 minutes there no service. Additionally both employees were sick. Walked out no service. Vacation time wasted and not worth getting my baby at home sick.

I had made an appointment here for 5 pm and wasn’t anywhere near done at 6 pm. All I needed was a pedicure. The lady that works there was super nasty towards me. Every time I had a question, there was a sarcastic response behind it. I eventually decided to leave because I had uneven shaped toes and she took way too long to see me. I do not support businesses that don’t respect their customers. However, the guy who scheduled my appointment the day before was really nice, shout out to him :)

Omg they’ve charged me $125 my nails were uneven and the girl who works there said that it’s all because my fingers not straight 😂

Honestly, I was quite disappointed when I got the price. I got charged for gel polish when I told her I'd do regular instead, which she went and got. My friend and I got charged for a spa pedicure if that's what they want to call it when we asked for just normal making the appointment. I mean my feet look good, but not $55 good.
