I was wondering why the reviews were bad, but now I understand. There are only 2 people who work here. One for appointments and one for walk ins. We arrived at 9:30. There were 2 people in chairs. I asked how long and she said 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later and we still sat there.

TJ always does a great job! Chairs are great / I have bad knees and you can move message chair all the way back so knees don’t hurt during pedicure!!

I went to get my nails done for Easter weekend around 9am & by 12pm the polish was coming off my nails..I returned for a fix & the tech wanted an extra $15. I also got an eyebrow wax; in which I was burned on my eyelid. I will not be returning to this nail shop for service.

This place use to be great years ago. The older man knows what hes doing and usually does a great job. Went a few months back to try and get a pedicure, no one greeted us or even acknowledged we were in the building. One woman was waiting at the time and only two other customers in there. After waiting 10 minutes, our time was pressing too, so we left.
Attempted to come back again and use a gift certificate but because it was after 6 months they wouldn't allow it. Its a shame, they already got their money. I tried to come use it before the window expired but they didn't even acknowledge me. Horrible business etiquette, definitely wouldn't recommend.

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady that did them rushed and she used some sort of tool that felt like she was cutting my skin and I think it was facial razor but she kept hiding it. The next day my eyebrows formed tiny scabs where she used the tool. Plus my eyebrows were uneven and hurt. I would give a zero start if I could. Do not go to this place. It also smells horrible!!!!

I stopped by on Monday to get a pedicure and eyebrow waxing, me and my sister walked and no one greeted us. They had 2 employees working, the young lady was doing a pedicure, the man was doing someone nails and a 3rd customer was standing up and about to leave the shop. I said hello twice upon entering and all 3 customers spoke back to me. The 2 workers said nothing!! I stood there another 1-2 min and still nothing, no hello, no how can I help you, nothing!! Finally the customer having her nails done said sir she’s trying to get your attention, he responded and said I have to do your nail, neither employee made eye contact and uttered a word to us, we turned around and walked out. They were beyond rude and I will never return

My sister and I went there trying to get pedicures. We spoke when we entered. The woman doing a pedicure just looked up at us didn't greet us or say anything. The man doing nails never looked up at us, didn't greet us or say anything either. We stood there waiting about 5 minutes we had said excuse me about three times by now. A customer told the man we were trying to get his attention. Once again he never looked up and just rudely said I'm doing your nails right now. My sister and I just looked at each other and said they don't deserve our business and definitely won't be getting our money. We left. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for anything. This was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I went to get my eyebrows done, worst mistake ever!!! The wax wasn’t hot and when she went to wax, the strip kept getting stuck and wouldn’t come off. Now BOTH of my eyebrows have scars on them and itch and hurt like hell! No apologies, no nothing. I will never go back! And my eyebrows aren’t even on top of that!

Terrible experience. I was just passing through and decided to get my toes done. 1st it was not busy at all but it seems they rushed. 2nd they do not oil/lotion your feet or legs after been in that water. 3rd they forgot to put the top coat so I had to remind them. Lastly i wanted a luxury pedicure but they assumed i wanted basic. Unless they only service basic. I got gel polish and it literally peeled off the next day. I would not recommend this place even if you're desperate. This was by far the worst nail salon I've ever visited in my life

Don’t go! They did my nails and it was awful, and I called and asked if they would redo them they said sure. So I stopped by and he was hateful and condescending and said it was my fault. He wanted to charge $40 to fix it. I went to city nail spa in Suffolk and they did amazing. My tech said the shape was wayy off and people at tj didn’t even put a base or top coat. They may be a cheaper option but quality and service is awful.

first I would like to start off with the fact I wish I could give them -0 stars. Customer service was great. Quality of work was literally trash. I will never go here again and will warn anyone who thinks about going to this shop. I have never in my life had half see thru nails and half not see thru. rushed and did a horrible job on me and my bestfriends nails. If you are considering going here, just look at the picture below. (This is the 2 full sets we got) mind you we asked for the same exact thing.
