“Unexpectedly my car broke down on the way home from taking my princess to chkd to the dr! I called my insurance, a lot of tow companies with no luck, Mr Bynum right here, mind you I was in full panic mode, my daughter in a wheel chair, I was crying my eyes out, it was 87 degrees on the side of a pretty busy highway! Mr Bynum wasn’t like the average, with no heart I’m busy I’ll get you when I can, he was very considerate, was concerned for our safety, he was very humble! Most definitely so he cared! He waited on my husband to get there to get us! He even put my daughter’s wheel chair in the car after my husband got there to get us!! He didn’t have to wait the extra time! But the care for our safety was top tier! For some reason I only see five stars, this man’s service was beyond your limits! Need a tow call Mr Bynum!! He has speedy service and gets the job done! With care!”
