I love the franklin location. No matter what I need, someone is always available to help.
Everyone is so kind and helpful. Specifically, today I was looking for an item it wasn't on the floor but the cashier, sherri, was diligent and called to check the inventory. At which point Shawn, my favorite, brought all the requested items not just to the register but to the trunk of my car. He's just the sweetest. I appreciate them both.

Twice now Ive had a problem with the rude bearded cashier. I always buy a 40 lb of sunflower seed. I am unable to lift that much weight. Its always been you paid at the register and someone brought it out to the truck. All feed and seed stores do the same. The old guy starts telling me that no one back there will answer and sent me back there to find someone myself. Im suppose to leave my place in line. WHAT? and thats twice he's done this...rolling his eyes like im really bothering him. Ill come back to TS when he is gone from there.

*RANT*
People are so disappointing, I was just buying chicken feed in the store I already hate. I had 600 pounds on my cart and this kid that works there says "WOW, that's alot of feed, do you need help?". I said sure, I'll let you load it in my car, that would be great, Thanks!!!
Guess who NEVER came out.... oh and trust me, I started loading as soon as I got to my car..... SMH.

The gentleman with the white hair and long white beard running the cash register up front in the Franklin VA store has to be the rudest person I have ever delt with in a customer service role. Went in about a refund and stopped to ask him and he proceeded to wave me off telling me he was a cashier and told me to go find someone else because he wasn't dealing with me and refused to call anyone to customer service desk for me. I then went and spent 30 minutes walking around looking before I was able to find another employee by the name of Shirley when I told her about the gentleman up front all she could do was laugh in my face. This was not the first rude interaction I had with the gentleman up front either. I went in a few days prior to purchase turkeys and he was extremely rude to me as well as other customers in line then as well. I'm extremely disappointed in how bad this store is as a whole in customer service. My normal store is in Suffolk and we have never had any problems with the employees there.

They would rather send you to the Loves truck stop then fill your propane tanks. Seriously? I came in 30 min before closing and was told they didn't have time to fill one tank. Oh i'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I've been shopping at this store for about a year now. So far, I've had nothing but good experiences. If you don't see what you're looking for on the shelf or on a pallet, the staff will gladly check the overstock in the back for it. They also make returns quick and headache free. All dogs are more than welcomed, no matter the breed. If you're ever in this store, be sure to ask for Ms. Shirley. She always seems to make a wonderful shopping experience even better.
