They lost in their building ( supposedly never went out on a truck) a special CUSTOM piece we had made for our wedding that we cannot replace in time and will not have it for our wedding now.
Update : it never got scanned onto a truck and it’s just magically gone and not a small package at all and they just said case closed it’s gone no effort. Disgusting. Imagine you covered up for someone at your building who did such a horrible thing and not do anything about it.

My package was lost on the destination. Mrs Crystal contacted them and ask to help me out. They reached to me and are investigating. Thank you to Franklin Post office for your help. Now I will wait the answer from the other end. I hope it would be as good as I had in Franklin.

I would like to say that I would like to recognize Miss Crystal at the Franklin Post office she has been a tremendous help to me when I was at the post office wouldn't give me the time of day or take the time to search or even try to find it but Miss Crystal got down to the bottom of it she's a great employee and I would definitely have the post office to find more like Miss Crystal

I have horrible bipolar disorder and it causes me to lash out and I can get very rude. My package didn’t come the day it said it would so I called the post office to ask them about it and my anger issues took ahold of me and I was being very rude to the Postmaster. She treated me like I was normal and she was very kind and helpful, even though I was lashing out. I got my package later that day. Never in my life have I experienced this great of customer service due to my condition. people always get angry at me and I understand. I called the next day and I apologized to her and she was very understanding of my condition. She deserves to be recognized for her efforts

Ms. Wilson truly has phenomenal customer service and management skills. A few days ago, I had realized my very important heart medication had not arrived. I came to the post office and while I was very impatient and stressed out, Postmaster Wilson handled my issue with the utmost respect and urgency. She found my package had been lost at another location an hour away!! However my package was in my hands that evening. I can’t thank her enough because she was patient, professional and respectful. 10/10 would recommend!!

New Postmaster, Ms. Wilson, just went above and beyond. She helped me to locate my package that was lost in the systems for weeks. I had problems with the USPS before, just awful experiences, however this the only time that someone working there was able to take care of my problem and fix it. Just a wonderful experience and I hope it stays like this with the new management.

I like to get there as soon as the doors open. If there's a long line in the afternoon some of the employees have a rude attitude.

The mail carriers keep getting mail & packages mixed up with other people. Not looking at the address correctly, opening up mail or if it's delivered that way it's not in a postal service envelope stating problem with mail delivery issue, seems to be deliberately doing it on purpose by certain carriers as you see neighbors talking with carrier's or distracting carrier's (tampering with US postal carrier), not dressing in postal service uniform, not driving postal service vehicles, very unprofessional in carrier's not representing a government agency. It looks like they been getting people off the streets to work. I understand lots of business is short handed but you still have to maintain your professionalism & dress according to the business you're working at. Inside the post office is professional for most part, dresses in uniform, greets sometime & assist customer accordingly. I did have a problem getting my package, the clerk made me wait until they was able to retrieve my package while assistancing other customer but manage to get the customer packages as they came in. When the next clerk came in that when I got my package. I've reported this location several times as things happened, nothing changed & they have a high turnover rate in employees & posted master throughout years. Maybe they need to be investigated.

Pretty sad when you know there is a package out for delivery and you watch the mailman fly through your neighborhood and not stopping at any houses at all.Terrible service lately

I have my mail screen in to my email daily last week I was supposed to receive some important mail and I know they said it might take up to 7 days before I receive it but it has been over a week so I go to the office because you just can't get anyone on the phone ever the clerk tells me my carrier had Covid and all mail has been caught up this week and it's not in office without even looking and I should contact the people that sent my important mail and asked them to resend it like what the _____. I have 7 pieces of mail missing and not to mention my neighbor two houses down from me W2 was in my mail box. I'm always getting my mail late after 4 or 5pm and don't put any mail in box to be picked up because God knows it will be in the mail box for days they just put the flag down and put mail on top of it and keep going this is unacceptable to be the United States postal service
