Cheesesteak was good, typical for any Wawa. Ordered in app and picked up in store. Had to ask for it because they forgot to put it on the mobile order shelf. Clean inside & outside.

Happy Thanksgiving to the hard workers at Franklin Wawa's. They made this misfit family feel like our turkey bowls were made with the care and love our grandmas in heaven would've done for us.
Parking: Everyone was in and out do fast there were always open spots.

Clean. Friendly. Newer store (our visit was November 2024). Our son and his friend got food and enjoyed it. Bathrooms clean. Lots of Tesla stations if that’s your thing.

Don’t expect them to ever have half the food stock, have also had negative experiences with not fully cooked melts and then lied to my face saying it was “because of thicker pepperoni” then why was the cheese not melted when they’re cooked open with the cheese on top? Done dealing with this garbage food service from this wawa. Learn how to properly stock your store and provide the same food experience as the rest of your stores

I have been to this Wawa twice now and both times I have been the food has made my entire household sick. I don’t know if it’s the meat in the subs that they use is old or what but I can tell you I won’t be purchasing any food from that deli.

Just stopped in , drive up from VA to get coffee, and a couple sandwiches, very friendly staff , food was fast and fresh , thanks y'all , April 14th 2024 at 0240am

The food is alright, but made sloppily and often not perfectly to order. The real problem is management and how they treat their employees. If there was any other place in Franklin open 24 hours I'd never buy here again. Store owner should be ashamed. Avoid supporting this business when possible.

Robert and Kim were so freaking polite and charismatic! I thoroughly enjoyed coming to this wawa and having the experience of awesome service and hospitality!

Panna menu had avocado for an additional 75 cents. It ended up being avocado spread ( who knows whats in it) and it more of a stripe of green stuff so thin you couldn't even taste it. Good Bye Wawa.

the cash register old lady charged almost 3 dollars for ice . when in every wawa just ice with no drink is free .. and she was very rude. please get trained people.

They shorted me bacon and extra cheese that i paid almost another 5 dollars for. The restaurant had hardly anyone in it and they didn't seem busy. Better unwrap your subs and check them or they will jip you too.
