I’m am smiling ear to ear! First time in a long time that someone came to do some maintenance work, and cleaned up totally after themselves. Did an outstanding job, was patient at explaining how to use the system, and most importantly, priced well! Oops! Almost forgot you don’t see wires running all outside my home.

I did a google search and yelp sent me several recommendations for the service I needed. 3G Security Solutions was the first company to reach out to me. I was pleasantly surprised because it was after 2000 on a Sunday night (thank you Vincent). I was put in touch with Ashton who was able to set up an appointment rather quickly (thank you Ashton). Ashton arrived promptly and did the installation as we discussed. He was professional and did a great job!! Thank you, 3G Security solutions..

We are so happy with our setup and highly recommend getting a quote from 3G if you are in the market for home security. Vince was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us to find the system that best suits our family & budget and scheduled installation for the same week.TLDR: awesome, quick, budget-friendly service. 3G Security Solutions (3GSS) was unlike anything I've experienced in the way of attention to detail, responsiveness and quality of products. 3GSS is not your typical big box company where you're not valued as a customer. My home is over 20 years old and 3GSS provided me with Smart Home Systems and equipment that upgraded my home to current wants for new home buyers. I actually feel like I just got a new home. 3G Security Solutions has exceeded expectations and I can't wait to share my homes updates with my family and friends. I contacted Vince because I wanted camera installation at my residence and previous reviews were positive. My initial communication with Vince was positive. He came to my home for the initial assessment and identified the equipment he was going to order based on my specifications. I informed him my availability for installation and he said he would contact me when the equipment arrived. I contacted him the day before my first available day and he said he was still waiting on the equipment to arrive. After that conversation he went silent. I tried reaching him several times but he stopped responding to my calls, texts , and emails. I waited well over a week and tried calling one last time. He angrily answered his phone and immediately told me to use another company. He said he showed up to do the install on the day I wanted but I was not home. I reminded him he told me the equipment had not arrived and he would call when the items were in and an install date would then be confirmed. He never let me know he received the equipment or to confirm an installation date. Seemed like simple miscommunication to me; however, he was unexpectedly rude, abrupt, and dismissive during this call. Left me shocked and confused as to his unexpected, elevated angry tone. My overall experience dealing with Vince was ultimately very different (negative) from all the previous reviews posted. Not sure what was going on with him but I mostly certainly experienced a different side of his personality and quickly went with someone else.

Vince installed three hard-wired ring cameras for our home in Spotsylvania. He was very professional and his work is impeccable. The price was very reasonable and he also assisted with helping us figure out an electrical issue with another part of our home. We definitely recommend 3gs security solutions.

The owner and worker were very polite and accommodating. I explained what I wanted and they were very clear on what would need to be done. Nobody was pushy. The work done was professional and they both made sure that the security cameras worked the way they were supposed to. I had one camera on siding and another through brick. It's been months and I have zero issues with both. I will definitely use them again when I need more work done.

If you are looking for someone to install security cameras do yourself a favor and call 3G Security Solutions. In 2018 we were building a brand new storage facility in Ruckersville, Virginia. I had become frustrated with the over priced bids I was receiving and the lack of follow up from the companies providing the bids. Then a friend in the industry referred me to Vince. Vince came in with the most competitive bid and was extremely responsive. Since that time we have added several buildings and Vince has been our go to guy every time. Everyone at 3G Security is punctual, professional, hard working, and overall a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Vince & 3G Security Solutions!
