Haters are just racist. Chill, friendly, hilarious staff. It’s 7/11, not Versace. If you wanted 5 star service, you wouldn’t pick 7/11. Just grab and go and take a joke.

After having me step out of line because he doesn't know how to use the cashiering functions, Desmond asked me to wait all over again. When I insisted he perform his role as cashier, he refused because, as he put it, he is from "the Hood." He should go back then. I was just trying to get some food and I don't want excuses arising from either bias or ineptitude when I do.

I placed a pick up order and 15 minutes later later it was marked as picked up. I went in the afternoon to pick up my order and tell them why it was marked picked up? The cashier was rude and said your order don’t exist with us when I even showed her my order number and the address of the store. She proceed with saying I have customers to help but there was only one person that wanted change. Later I called to confront her about my missing order and she knew it was me and hanged up. I’m assuming this rude lady stole my order. 7-Eleven do better!!!

I have been a local for 7 years and I had never noticed the location for some reason. The store itself has a prime location so when I stumbled upon it I was excited because it cut my morning commute to the 7/11 across town in half. After less than a week I realized why I hadn’t gone or heard anyone talk about the location. The male cashiers are downright rude and after reading the other reviews I discovered that I wasn’t the only one. The owners either son or nephew is known for being hostile and cursing at customers. He has made it hard for others to get there coffee in the morning and told me to f myself for walking in and asking a yes or no question. Other than that they are known for frequently closing their location for up to 4 hours for no apparent reason. After speaking to a 7/11 employee it is against their 7/11 contract to close off to the public and they even have a sign on the front to prove it.

I need the contact information for the corporate manager asap, please. This is regarding a safety issue at this location that needs to be addressed, at once, regarding the late night employees.
