I would rate this place zero stars if I could. The service was absolutely terrible. Despite our polite requests to use the restroom, we were met with multiple refusals and a downright unpleasant attitude. The response we received was, "If you ask me nicely, I will let you go. But you have to request it from me." Keep in mind, we were just two girls in need of a restroom, and we even offered to make a purchase if that was a requirement. Throughout the interaction, we were subjected to yelling. While we understand the need for security, our intention was simply to use the restroom. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment, especially considering that there was already an altercation with another customer when we arrived. I recommend looking into the store owner's behavior, as it was extremely disrespectful.

I recently witnessed a concerning situation where the store owner appeared to have a disagreement with two young girls who needed to use the restroom. He insisted that they must make a polite request to use it, which they were apparently unable to do to his satisfaction, leading them to leave without restroom access. What struck me as particularly troubling was that shortly after, a man entered the store and was promptly granted permission to use the restroom. This incident raises significant concerns about potential gender bias or discrimination by the boss/store owner, which cannot be overlooked.

The soda fountain area is nasty to say the least. Everything seemed pretty well stocked I was looking for. I frequent this 711 so I will say the staff is almost always polite and efficient. If you want something cooked (warmed?) fresh, just ask. Coffee was not fresh at all.

went in to quickly pick up a half gallon of milk. had the milk, indate, priced on the shelf as $2.79. Ok so far. Take the milk to the counter a woman is there chatting with the clerk long after paying for her items. I finally get to the counter and hand the clerk a $5 bill. I get back a dollar and some pennies. I asked the clerk about that as the shelf price said $2.79. He said 'milk has gone up'. I said that then they should change the price advertised on the shelf. He said, 'that's the managers job'. Probably should of walked out, but paid the extra dollar for the milk and left. Most places if the price is wrong on the shelf will give you the advertised price and change the price immediately on the shelf. Not these guys. At least not the manager, as he is apparently the only one who's job it is to do.
