I came in and the woman behind the counter became very disrespectful because I requested to bag my own items since she was eating behind the counter. It was gross and I politely asked to bag my things. Absolutely uncalled for and unacceptable

Terrible 7-11, bad bathrooms and an active leaking roof in the food area. Everything was being splashed with water from the ceiling.

Would be nice if the cashier put his phone down and actually works! On 8/02/23. Around 6:30am floor was gross and sticky with coffee. No creamers or sugar were replenished and you had to keep asking.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We both are Autistic with my caregiver. I have Class 3 ASD he has Class 1 ASD. Womens bathroom was all covered in someone’s menstrual blood. Blood was even in the sink. I had to wash toilet seat and sink with soap in order to be able to use them. It smelled bad in there too even thru face mask. When I told cashier about state of the bathroom she could not care less. Virginia health department should close them down. If you are Autistic do not go to this awful store. It was loud in there too.

Cashier was so wrapped up in his cell phone, made me wait for him to push a button to complete the sale. Terrible customer service, especially at a point of sale. You don't do that. Put the phone down until break or shift is over please. Zero stars.

Stopped here to use the restroom quick… I strongly suggest you do not. I have peed in music festival port-a-potty’s cleaner than both the men AND women’s bathroom at this place. An actual layer of filth covers everything - sink, toilet, walls, floor.. no toilet paper, soap dispenser broken off of wall, sink filled with water and filthy soap bubbles, no paper towels. It was to the point that I felt like I would contract more germs by using the sink to wash my hands so I just used hand sanitizer in my car. So yeah. Ew.
