Website is terrible. Store locator wouldn't recognize typed zip code; search function didn't recognize dimensional lumber descriptions, like 2x4, 8x8, etc.

Stopped in on saturday morning to get a price quote on materials to replace my rotten deck with composite. Samuel took us over to the composite area and was extremely paitient while my wife was deciding on the color. Over at the desk we went through all my measurements and layout to get everything accounted for. I was looking at lowes webpage while he was figuring out the railings and 84 was much more affordable than lowes off the start. Once everything was together he got a full quote together and we ordered. He stated they had to order the color and it would be to them on tuesday and he would have it all delivered wednesday. Asked for a call ahead ,got a call ahead. The delivery guy followed my directions perfectly didnt get stuck in the soft yard, put the materials right where i asked him. Could not ask for a better experience.

Joe Lackey and Rheannon Driver have been beyond 5 stars with providing all the materials requested for building my custom home. They have not only delivered in a timely manner but with great recommendations throughout the process. I don't plan on building again, but if I did, it would be with their help!

I have never been disappointed with 84 absolutely 💯 percent customer service great selection and prices. I live 1/2 mile from a Home Depot drive by it and the Lowe’s in Central Park up to Rt 17 for my lumber

I went looking for replacement trim pieces for 40 year old windows. They were able to get me set up with what I needed. The whole experience made me nostalgic for a time when every store was staffed by people as friendly and helpful as this one.
No components locked in cages, no self-checkout, no dirty looks for showing up with scraps to match my trim pattern. My grand daughter was with me and she loved “being at the lumber yard” — and getting waved at by the man on the forklift.

Helpful staff. Easy access. Hours are limiting. 8-5 weekdays, 8-noon Saturdays, and closed on Sunday but worth the time.

Made a delivery here and was unloaded within 15 minutes. Before pulling into the yard stop before the gate on RHS and check-in. There is only enough room for 1 truck at a time in the yard to unload. There is no overnight parking.

Best prices on everything I need to build a house. They can give you quotes on what you need to build decks too. In their catalog they build storage houses. The service is impeccable the associates are helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Thankyou 84 Lumber you have my business. Oh and they give a discount for first responders and veterans.

I needed lumber that is not stocked at Lowe’s or Home Depot, and 84 had just what I needed. I called ahead, and the young men who helped me was able to access the store inventory and quote a price just as quickly as I could describe what I needed. When I arrived at the yard, that same young man was extremely helpful in picking and loading my order, and even offered to give me a tiedown strap to secure the load. Two thumbs up for 84 Lumber!
